Complete heater assembly for the Gecko M-Class spa pack. Has 4 threaded mounting studs on top of the heater tube to fit into the fastening holes in the Gecko M-Class enclosure. Includes the pressure switch, 4KW heating element and the threaded unions.

Hot tub heaters are wear parts and will wear out over time resulting in a loss of heat in the spa or the GFCI breaker tripping. Typical life expectance of a hot tub heater with proper water-care can be about 5 - 8 years. The PH and Alkalinity levels in the hot tub spa water have a direct impact on how long the hot tub heating element will last. Ph levels below 7.2 will rapidly shorten the life of a heating element, pump seal and the back of the spa jets. It's important to keep the Ph between 7.2 and 7.8 with the Alkalinity in the 90 -120 range for maximum longevity of your spa wear parts.
