Product warranty


Most parts sold at Pool and Hot Tub Depot Canada come with the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) manufacturers limited warranty. If you have an issue with a part that has failed within the parts limited warranty period, then contact us and we'll request an RGA number (Return Good Authorization) from the parts manufacturer and the procedure would be to have you ship the part back for assessment at your cost (If requested by the manufacturer), if the assessment confirms the part to be defective per the manufacturers limited warranty, is within the coverage period and the claim is aproved by the manufacturer then a replacement will be shipped at no cost.

The original manufacturer’s individual warranty terms, coverage and conditions vary and are entirely those of the OEM product manufacturer and not Pool and Hot Tub Depot Canada. Please contact our Customer Service Department at (877) 845-1993 for additional information.

Pool and Hot Tub Depot as a retailer does not provide any warranty on any parts, all product warranties are those of the manufacture were applicable.
