LIMITED OEM WARRANTY FOR MANUFACTURER'S PRODUCTS


Most parts sold at Pool and Hot Tub Depot come with the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) manufacturer’s limited warranty. Pool and Hot Tub Depot as a retail company does not provide any warranty for manufacturers products.

All warranty claims require a WEA (Warranty Evaluation Authorization). Please contact customer service for details and assistance.

Our Options:

1. Ship the defective part back to Pool and Hot Tub Depot with WEA form.

  • Upon receipt of the defective part and warranty coverage approval, a replacement part will leave the warehouse within 2 business days for in stock, non-special order parts.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs of returning the defective part if the item was received more than 30 days ago
  • Parts that are damaged, have cut cords-wires or cables do not qualify for warranty coverage or refund.

2. If desired, a replacement part can be purchased in advance

  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs of returning the defective part if the item was received more than 30 days ago
  • Upon return of the defective part and warranty coverage approval, the replacement part purchased will be refunded within 2 business days.
  • Parts that are damaged, have cut cords-wires or cables do not qualify for warranty coverage or refund.

* Warranty coverage qualification is per the manufacturers and their coverage terms and conditions, every product manufacturers warranty specifically excludes all labour costs. If a part is not deemed to be defective by the manufacturer and the warranty coverage is declined then no refund will be applied for any replacements purchased. All part manufacturers decline warranties on parts which are damaged from chemical corrosion or used in salt water hot tubs.
