The Balboa VS100 base spa pack does not include the heater. This is a standard G4111 VS100 that can replace the Dream Maker Spas RS101 if your old topside control overlay is replaced with the new overlay part #11745 for correct button positioning. The G4111 is not a compatible replacement for the custom VEL100 in any SpaBerry hot tub.

This base pack is best used as a replacement for a Balboa spa pack with the same model and part number in a spa as it does not include the heater with sensors or the top side control panel. When replacing a spa pack always confirm that the replacement model part number is the same or compatible with your spas existing topside control as some Balboa system may look identical but have custom firmware for the top side control panel and may not be interchangeable.
Important
This VS100 is not a direct replacement for Balboa spa packs in Spaberry or Dream Maker spas. The custom 5 button Balboa SpaBerry topside control panel is not compatible with this standard VS100, to use this pack in a SpaBerry the Balboa VL260 topside will also need to be purchased and installed. The Balboa VL240 Dream Maker topside will work with this standard VS100 but the overlay on the topside has to be changed so the button layout corresponds to this VS100.
Warranty Coverage: Balboa VS packs/bundles and BP series packs/bundles come with a twelve (12) months limited manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase that covers defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty will be void if these parts are damaged due to improper installation or use or if the damage is from exposure to water or electrical power surges. The warranty does not cover any labour charges, the cost of lost water or chemicals, or any other possible damages.
IMPORTANT. Terminal block screws need to be tightened to torque to the specs listed on the inside cover of the pack. Failure to tighten properly can cause heat/resistance arc burn damage to the circuit board. The manufacturer will not honour the limited product warranty if these connection points are burned.
