The Watkins Hot Springs Heater 4KW part number 76228 has a built-in pressure switch. This heater is compatible with the Watkins IQ 2020 spa control in the spa models listed below. The pressure switch wire on this heater is plugged into J34 on the circuit board. This heater is not backward compatible meaning that it cannot replace a non-pressure switch heater or there will be no protection if the heater “Dry Fires”.
