The LX WUA400-II hot tub pump features two speeds and has intake and discharge threads referenced as 2" with an actual OD of 3". This pump does not have a solid base attached to the motor. It's designed to replace the Sundance and Jacuzzi 6500-367 2.5HP LX pump, which sits in a mounting bracket fastened with a metal strap.

Important.
The LX pump mounting bracket with strap from your old pump can be used to mount this new pump. Mounting bracket 6000-535 not included.
If your LX pump was made before 2015, it will have metric threads. LX wet ends and pumps manufactured from 2015 onwards have North American standard threads, which are not compatible with metric threads. Therefore, you will need to replace the unions in your spa plumbing with unions that have North American standard threads.
