Praher multi-piece knife valve, 2-1/2" slip fitting x 2-1/2" slip fitting
Ships assembled, Parts to the valve are:
- 2 - 2-1/2" sockets, both slip fittings
- 1 - valve body,
- 1 - Gasket set(2)
- 1 - bolt set(4)
This multi-Piece knife valve for hot tub and pool plumbing is serviceable. Once glued in, the valve body, gaskets and 4 bolts can be replaced without having to cut the pieces out. Unlike a uni-body knife valve that cannot be serviced once they start leaking, the valve body, safety clip, gaskets and bolt set can be purchased separately for this knife valve.
The 2-1/2" slip fittings are designed to slide over pipes with 2-1/2" inside diameter. Ideal when joining two sections of PVC pipe or flex pipe.
