Sani Marc Spa Stain Out is used to remove stains caused by metals such as manganese, iron and copper from all types of spa coatings. It can also be used to correct water coloured by these metals.
Dosage:
- For coloured water: Add 15 grams of Spa Stain Out per 1,000 litres of water
- For stain removal: Slowly add water to 15 grams of Spa Stain Out to form a paste. Apply paste to stained areas. Where stains are most prevalent, use a brush to apply the paste.
- For stubborn stains a second application may be necessary
Application method:
- Adjust pH to between 6.8 to 7.2 and allow chlorine level to drop below 2ppm.
- For coloured water: Add Spa Stain Out directly over the surface of the water
- For stain removal: Use paste as directed above
- Circulate water continuously for 24 hours
- After 24 hours, adjust pH to between 7.2 and 7.8, and alkalinity to between 80 and 120 parts per million.
- After 72 hours, add chlorine
