Praher multi-piece knife valve, 1-1/2" slip socket x 1-1/2" spigot
Ships assembled, Parts to the valve are:
- 2 - 1-1/2" sockets, one side is slip and one side is spigot
- 1 - valve body,
- 1 - Gasket set(2)
- 1 - bolt set(4)
This multi-Piece knife valve for hot tub and pool plumbing is serviceable. Once glued in, the valve body, gaskets and 4 bolts can be replaced without having to cut the Sockets out. Unlike a uni-body knife valve that cannot be serviced once they start leaking, the valve body, safety clip, gaskets and bolt set can be purchased separately for this knife valve.
A 1-1/2" Slip socket slides into pipes with 1-1/2" inside diameter. A 1-1/2" spigot is the same size as the pipe, will fit into a 1-1/2" slip fitting.
