Please Note:

Hot tub topside control panels are non-returnable items as they cannot be resold. All the replacement topside control panels we sell are factory-new, factory-tested and have never been installed before. For further information, please refer to our return policy. All topside control panels come with the original manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty Coverage: Electronic topside control panels come with a six (6) months limited manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty will be void if these parts are damaged due to improper installation, any physical damage or chemical corrosion . The warranty does not cover any labour charges, the cost of lost water or chemicals, or any other possible damages.

IMPORTANT. Chemical balance is essential for the longevity of hot tub equipment and parts. Hot tub water turns acidic, which is corrosive to equipment when the pH falls below 7.2, and the alkalinity drops below 80 ppm, which will rapidly deteriorate equipment in a hot tub
