Complete Ball valve with 1-1/2" MPT threaded end and a 1-1/2" slip socket end for hot tub and pool plumbing. User friendly handle operation - union nut load does not transfer onto ball seat, thereby providing user with easy handle operation even if valve has not operated for a long period of time.
Details:
- 1-1/2" male pipe thread x 1-1/2" slip socket
- 1-1/2" Slip slides onto PVC or flex pipe with 1-1/2" inside diameter
- 1-1/2" MPT threads into 1-1/2" FPT fittings
- Not compatible with buttress or pump/heater union threads
- installed in hot tub plumbing to allow shut off of water flow for hot tub parts maintenance, repair or inspection.
