1" NPT Threaded 5500 Watt (5.5KW) heating element used in older Hayward Comfortzone heaters. The old reliable C-SPA-XI comfortzone spa heater is now the Hayward Spa Heater. The comfortzone heater was available with a 1.5KW, 5.5KW and 11KW heating elements which were sized based on the heating requirements of the built in spa. The comforzone heater was a stand alone unit typically installed in the pool house as the heater was typically used for built in spas adjacent to a pool.
